FILET MIGNON WITH SHRIMP AND LOBSTER CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients:

4 (6-ounce) filet mignon steaks

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 pound lobster meat, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup white wine

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season steaks with salt and pepper.

In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat

.Sear steaks for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer skillet to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare.

Remove steaks from skillet and let rest.

In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Add lobster meat, heavy cream, white wine, and garlic to the skillet.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in parsley and remove from heat.

Serve steaks topped with shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
