Recipe Ingredients:

500 grams/17.63 oz of shredded and seasoned chicken

3 eggs

1 + ½ cups of milk

2 heaping tablespoons of grated cheese

1 cup of vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of baking powder

2 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)

Instructions:

First, add the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese, flour, and salt to a blender, and blend everything for about 2 minutes. Then, add the baking powder and blend for another 15 seconds (to mix the baking powder with the batter).

Afterward, pour half of the batter into a greased and floured pan, add the seasoned chicken, and cover with the remaining batter.

Next, bake in a preheated oven (180ºC or 350ºF) for approximately 35 minutes (or until golden brown).

Finally, turn off the oven, remove the pie, and it’s ready to serve.
