4 eggs

3 apples

1 cup of milk

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of 00 flour (approx. 120 grams or about 1 cup of all-purpose flour)

Butter for greasing the pan or parchment paper.


First, preheat the oven to 356° F or (180° C), using only the lower heat function if available.

So now, start by beating the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk and finally the flour. Now add one of the three apples, cut into large pieces, and mix until you have a creamy batter.

Then grease the pan with butter and pour the mixture into it. Next, peel the other two apples and cut them into quarters, then slice them thinly.

Then arrange the apple slices on the pastry, forming a circle starting from the outer edge and moving towards the center.

Finally, bake the pie for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow to cool before unmolding the apple pie.
