Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef

– ½ onion, chopped

– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

– 3 cups beef broth

– 3 cups mixed veggies (frozen or fresh)

– 1 can of diced tomatoes (28 ounces)

– tomato paste (6 ounces)

– 4 cups of potatoes, peeled and diced

– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
