Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

6 slices deli ham

6 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

Mix Meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

 

Form Meatloaf: On the prepared baking sheet, form half of the meat mixture into a loaf shape. Layer the ham and Swiss cheese on top, then cover with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges to enclose the filling.
