4 to 5 potatoes
1 carrot, peeled and grated
Leek or onion, thinly sliced
2 eggs
1 glass of plain yogurt
7 oz of wheat flour
3 tomatoes, sliced
Instructions:
Peel and grate the potatoes into a bowl.
